Consultants: Throughout
the thirty years I have lived in this magical
region, I have visited many special places and
made countless discoveries of what I like to
refer to as ‘Tuscany’s
hidden treasures.’ And,
despite the year and familiarity with the
region,, it is utterly impossible to become jaded
by its beauty and its
treasures.
I await each and every season, knowing it
has something special to offer. It
gives me great pleasure to share my knowledge
and expertise of the area with my clients.

By
filling in the questionnaire on the right, we get an
idea of what you hope to experience while
visiting the region.
Once we are clear on what it is your
heart desires, we get to work.
After sending you an outline of what we
feel would be the ideal itinerary, you will have
a chance to add, subtract, clarify or change any
of the ideas we have outlined.
Once you feel we are on the same
wave-length then we get to work preparing your
detailed Tuscan itinerary. |

Each
itinerary is like having your own personal guide
at your side.
We supply you with driving instructions,
time schedules, entrance fees to sights
suggested, as well as historical notes (a
typical two day itinerary may consist of a
minimum of ten pages to a maximum of eighteen to
twenty). If
you have not yet booked an accommodation, we
will suggest places to stay in the price range
you have indicated together with any other
prerequisites you may have included.
We also include recommendations for
eateries along the itinerary route(s), whether
they be out of the way family owned
establishments or more sophisticated eateries,
we have visited them all and are comfortable in
our recommendations.
Local events pertaining to your itinerary
(i.e. summer music festivals, art shows, village
festivals) will also be included.

whether you are looking for a romantic rendezvous
with a culinary twist, a family oriented
cultural/trekking holiday or anything in between,
send us your wish list and we will make it happen.

Payment
Policy:
After
emailing us the completed questionnaire below,
we prepare an outline of
your itinerary based on needs and
prerequisites.
This outline will be sent to you via
email within a week of receiving the
questionnaire.
Once, you the client, has received and
consulted the outlined itinerary, you will have
a chance to add or change any of our suggestions
before giving us the OK to proceed.
The total cost of your itinerary will be
included in this outline.
For
us to proceed:
We ask that you deposit the standard base
fee to cover our researching and planning
costs.* This
fee includes a one to two day full itinerary for
an individual or group.
If, you have requested additional days,
we will research and plan these as well. Once
the full itinerary is complete, we will send you
the one/two day itinerary via email prior to
sending off a bound
printout (via snail mail).
The email copy will give you a chance to
review and clarify anything on the itinerary so
that we can make changes before sending off the
bound printout.

If,
you have ordered additional days, you will be
asked to make payment for these at this time.
Once full payment is received, your easy
to consult bound copy will be mailed to you
immediately. Within
this bound copy, will be the name and phone
number of an
English speaking consultant
in
Florence
. He
or she will be happy to answer any questions
that might arise during your stay in the area or
assist you in making telephone calls or
appointments regarding dinner arrangements,
hotel reservations, theatre tickets or any other
aspect regarding your personal itinerary. |

Research and Planning
Fees:
*Personal Itinerary base cost for 1 to 2 full days (individual or group):
120.00
euro or ($160.00)
Additional days: 60.00 euro or
($80.00) for each additional day.
- As
travel consultants, we suggest
accommodations we are personally familiar
with. Although
we do not directly book accommodations we
have suggested, we will act as a liaison, if
need be, between you and the proprietor
during the booking process (i.e. making
local calls to ensure availability;
clarifying questions that might pertain to
booking and or deposit).
We will not and do not ask for any of
your credit card information or accept
payments for third parties.
All payments can be made through the secure paypal system or by means of bank transfers.
